Gpaiplus is a brand name of Kindwood Gpaiplus Technology Co.,Ltd, associating with three strong productive facilities, which are the leading manufacturers of HID & LED headlights, assemblies and automotive filters in China.
Gpaiplus lighting production department was established in 1995, with ISO:9000 quality system certification and CE certification. The total area of lighting production area is 23,000 square meters. It has 250 experienced workers and technicians with an annual output of 3 million lighting products. It is the first factory to invent and produce the All-in-one Xenon Kit with national patent.
Gpaiplus assemblies production department was founded in 2005. With an area of 13,000 square meters, the factory has the ability to develop new molds, initiating new products according to customers' requirements. Its annual output can reach 150,000 units and has a rich variety of products, which are mainly sold in Chinese car brand service centers.
Gpaiplus filters production department was established in 2003 and has an area of 42,000 square meters. Products include Oil, Fuel, Air and Cabin filter, which was approved under ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 as well as strict inspection. It has more than 3,000 kinds of products, covering nearly all types of car brands. The annual output is 20 million units.
It has a series of well-established production lines, including 6 plastic injection molding machines, over 800 filter molds, 3 PU air filters production lines, 2 eco air filters production lines, 3 cabin filter production lines, 2 filter elements production lines, and 2 spin-on oil filters production lines, all of which provide Gpaiplus with well-organized produce process and favorable productivity.
