With rich experience of modern composite technology and its application to component design and manufacture, Honorteam is committed to developing its design and manufacturing technologies and maintains its position at the forefront of international carbon fiber bicycle frame and component production. With our production facilities covering an area of over 35,000 square meters, Honorteam has the capability to produce 20,000 carbon frames and over 15,000 other individual carbon fibre components per annum. Current production includes the manufacture of frames, wheel rims, seat posts, handlebar stems, handlebars, bottle cages and many other components for road bike, mountain bike, time trial and track bike applications.

Honorteam has always paid particular care to product quality and hence rider safety. To ensure that all Honorteam's products meet or exceed EN14781 standards, quality is designed into every stage of the production process. This is seen through our extensive and comprehensive quality assurance programme.
Honorteam's product analysis lab is equipped with the latest high-tech equipment, allowing us to test product to some of the highest standards in the industry. Our frames undergo extensive impact and fatigue tests, following both the international homologation protocol and our internal quality assurance protocols. Honorteam uses the information from the extensive test programme to feedback into the design process to ensure that every Honorteam product provides every professional rider with enhanced performance. It is through Honorteam's knowledge and understanding of materials, design, production and quality assurance that has ensured we can offer a market leading 2 year warranty on all carbon components.
Honorteam is based in Shenzhen, home to some of the fastest growing technological industries in the world. We have developed an excellent working relationship with customers and riders across markets in Europe, North America, Oceania, Japan and South America. As part of our commitment to customer service and care we recently opened an East China Sales Office, in Anhui province, this allows us to better serve our North American business partners and enable us to reach a wider international business market.
