CATIC Group was established in 1986, its operation includes banking devices, self-service terminals, consumer electronics, ESL, and total solutions. CATIC Group is a pioneer in the R&D and sales of banking devices, such as specialized printers, card readers, check scanners, bank counters interactive terminals. In 1989, CATIC Group developed the built in Chinese Card for YD series printers. In 2003, it successfully developed the PB2 financial specialty printers with independent intellectual property rights. In recent years, CATIC Group has invested aggressively in the professional printing equipment field. As a result, CATIC Groups banking device product line has increased to include laser printers, line matrix printers, and validation printers, etc.
