COMPANY PROFILEMr K.Durai Babu, Proprietor of M/s Ghayathri Engineering & Contracting Company (GEC) ,Chennai, was founded in 2004 and started the business of operation & Maintenance Sub-Contracting like Mining, Crusher plant, Asphalt plant, Ready Mix Concrete plant, WMM plant, Construction Heavy Equipments and also construction activities etc., Later on with the establishment of M/s Gulf Stone Engineering Private Limited (GSE)with his knowledge on mining & minerals started extended Manufacturing to Minerals like quartz, gypsum, lime stone and bauxite. Since, Mr. K.Durai Babu with his vast experience of 15 years in Mining & Minerals has grown from small manufacturer to one of the leading supplier and exporter of Mining Products like lumps & Aggregates (gabbro, basalt –wadi gravels and lime stone) in Oman with partner of Omani group of companies and also export trading business chrome and marble.The Company has the State of Art Manufacturing Unit at Pondicherry, this factory set up in under process. This unit name is M/s Gulf India Minerals (GIM), manufacturing different mineral products like Quartz (powder, grits, sand & Ramming Mass), Gypsum (powder, sand & grits), lime stone (powder, sand & grits) and bauxite (powder, sand & grits) and operate & managed by qualified technologists having vast experience and knowledge of Refractory and its behavior. GSE has achieved its position and reputation in the market very short time period, due to the sincere dedication of both the owners and staff, and they continue their commitment to adopt the highest standards in all fields of the group’s operations.
