Shaoxing Juyuan Packing Products Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in engaging in design, film making, printing, production and packing of various kinds of metal packagings. Our factory has been 10 years of professional experience of production of tinplate boxes. Till now our factory has 150 workers, the monthly production capacity of about 200 million, with annual sales of about $500 million.
Our main products are as follows:
1) Food packages: mint tins, cookie tins, chocolate tins, tea boxes, coffee boxes, etc.
2) Cigarette packages: various cigarette tins and tobacco tins
3) DVD packages: CD and DVD cases in different shapes and sizes
4) Wine packages: lots of sizes and shapes of tins for whiskey and other wine.
5) Game packages: special packing for pokers, game cards, etc.
6) Gifts and promotional tins: lunch boxes, tin trays, coin boxes, coasters, ice buckets, pencil boxes, candle tins, tin signs, badges, etc.
Juyuan packing produced tin packaging is often treated as promotion gifts by the large international companies, till now we have served well-known brands such as: Lipton, Coca Cola, Starbucks, Nestle, kraft, Disney, Nivea, Hello Kitty, Knorr, KFC. All of our tin packaging products are able to pass the requirements of EU food grade testing, such as FDA food grade certification, LFGB certification, DGCCRF certification, EN71 testing, etc.
JUYUAN also has sufficient production capacity to meet the requirements of large amount from big companies, Our factory dept currently has five semi automatic production lines and two automatic production lines, and the monthly maximum production capacity can reach 300 million pieces.
Besides the continuous improvement of production capacity, The leadership of JUYUAN Company treats the quality of products as the company's life. The company currently has a team of skilled QCs, they will control the quality of the whole process of production of each order from getting the raw material to final packed goods. All the orders will be randomly or fully inspected
