Shanghai TPM Metal Products Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Nantong Binhai Aluminum profiles Co., Ltd. Our company is located in Qingpu District, Shanghai, China. We are one of the largest production bases in China, producing industrial aluminum profiles, Production line aluminum profiles and deep processing Aluminum profiles. Our aluminum products are applied in building, furniture, flooring, machinery, electricity, computer, automobile, telecommunication, advertising, sports, and so on. We can produce the products according to the needs of customers. We provide high quality products and reliable services, such as design and technical support. We strict comply with ISO9001 quality management system standard and OHSAS18001 health and safety system standard. We have strict quality control to ensure product quality.

Our CNC machining centers and various advanced equipment (such as cutting, drawing, drilling, extruding, punching, welding, carving and processing machines). Our hydraulic saw blades which are imported from Germany can cut the tube with the diameter less than 250mm at the tolerance limited to 0.1mm.

The main business have four business segment: 1. Professional Aluminum profiles further processing 2. Non-standard Aluminum profiles design/open mould/extrusion 3. Industry Assembly line accessories 4. surface requirment. The two Aluminum extrusion bases,there are 20 extrusion equipments,from 350T to 4000T,the biggest extrusion section at 465mm, the precision flatness reach to superior high accuracy class.Including extrusion production line,Oxidation production line,aging oven,spraying production line.
Shanghai factory has 6 imported CNC machineries ,the maximum range at 4.5m. Besides,has milling machine,grinding machine, laser engraving machine other equipments,satisfey different kind of further processing requirments. The Aluminum products used in a variety of different fields,such as automobile,rail transit,medical instrument,robot,communication equipment,Municipal Engineering lighting so on.

The company has four main business, 1. Professional Aluminum machinery 2. customized aluminum profile design/ mold design/extrusion. 3. industrial Assembly line design manufacturing; 4. Surface treatment. In Suzhou Nantong TPM, we have 20 extrusion equipments, from 350Ton to 4000Ton, the biggest extrusion dimension is 465mm, the flatness can reach super high requirements. We have other process equipments such as Oxidation, aging oven, powder painting line.
Shanghai TPM has 6 imported CNC machineries, the maximum part size can reach 4.5m. Besides that , we have grinder, sawing, milling machine, laser engraving machine other equipments as well, we can meet all kinds of processing requirements. The aluminum products can be used in variety applications, such as automobile industry, rail transit, medical instrument, robot, communication equipments, municipal engineering lighting etc.
