Shanghai Jialin Mould Co.,Ltd. was founded in 2002, located in Shanghai city, the economic capital of China. Jialin is a comprehensive and modernized company features mold design and manufacturing, aluminum alloy die casting, precision machining and surface finishing.
Jialin factory covers an area of 12000 square meters. Mold factory is equipped with a complete set of advanced equipment, such as CNC machining, EDM, wire cut EDM, drilling and milling machine; Inspection Center is equipped with many high-precision detecting machines, like three-coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Projector Detection Instrument, X-ray NDT Inspection system; Die casting factory is equipped with many automatic die casting machines.
Our business scope include: auto parts, industrial products, household appliance, electrical products, daily hardware, lamps and other castings. Our mold manufacturing capacity is more than 300 sets per year, the annual production of aluminum alloy castings is over 3000 tons; machining capacity is more than 5 million pieces per year.
Jialin features the qualifications of doing foreign trade business independently, we are certificated via ISO/TS16949 Quality System.
