Shandong Huifa Mining Technology Co., Ltd, an alliance unit of Province-Ministry Co-constructing State Key Laboratory, specializes in the design, manufacturing and general contracting mine filling exploitation, tailing dry drainage and mine environmental governance projects.The company headquarter is located in Jinan High-tech Zone, consists of two manufacturing bases covering an area of about 27000 square meters. Of which, one is located in Weifang Linqu Economic Development Zone, the other is located in Dezhou Liyi County Economic Development Zone. The company has six standardized mechanical workshops, and is equipped with large CNC machining centers and other advanced equipments. Now there are 500 employees in the company, of which 5 people have doctor degree, 25 people have master degree, people with bachelor degree or above account for 70%. In 2012, our company passed the ISO9001 international standard certification, and was awarded as High-tech Enterprise of Shandong Province. The company has totally applied for more than 80 items of mine filling technology and process patents, including over 20 items of invention patents.The company always has and maintains sophisticated filling mining technology R & D capability, owns a professional filling mining expert team who has undertook and participated in many research tasks of national mining industry projects, has established Academic Exchange Association directed by Chinese Academy of Sciences academician Song Zhenqi, to carry out the application and promotion of filling mining technology. The company has become the strategic alliance unit of Mine Disaster Prevention and Control Province-Ministry Co-constructing State Key Laboratory, one of drafters of National Energy Bureau Coal Industry Filling Standard Trial Procedure in 2012, and a construction unit of national filling loop laboratory. The filling system in the company has won 3 item of national scientific and technological progress second award and 4 items of provincial departmental scientific and technological progress first award. The filling water prevention project was awarded as the international leading level. Besides, the company got the 12.04 million central budget special fund support provided by the National Development and Reform Commission.The company has established long-term cooperative relationship with Shandong University of Science and Technology, Central South University, Henan Polytechnic University and other major institutions.
