Shandong Dingchang Tower Co., Ltd. is located in Juxian county, Rizhao City in Shandong Province, faces Rizhao Port on the east, west to the National Scenic Area Fulaishan. It stands at the connection of 206 State Road and Jiaozhou Xinyi Railway, which provides a convenient means of transportation. The company occupies 266,000 square meters and currently employs more than 1050 people. Its total asset is more than 506 million yuan. Its main products include 10-1000 kV transmission line towers, broadcast communication towers, etc.

Our company has advanced production technology and complete equipment configuration. We have more than 560 sets of all kinds of advanced tower production and processing equipment, including 21 angle CNC automatic production line, 8 chain plate automatic processing line, 4 plasma cutting production lines, 3200 -ton CNC bending machine, and UHV Tower straight pipe - semi-automatic welding flange assembly line. Meanwhile, we have the largest two hot -dip galvanizing line in Shandong province which could galvanize up to 14.8 meters. So that our company could produce 100,000 tons angle steel towers, 50,000 tons steel poles and UHV transmission line towers, 20,000 tons bolts per year which makes it became the backbone manufactures of the power tower in domestic.

Now we have adequate personnel reserves and strong technical strength. College degree or above is accounted 40.6% of the total employees. There are 168 various engineers and technicians, including 66 senior technical staff. We have a dedicated R & D center , equipped with 7 sets tower design lofting software such as TMA, STW, TTA, LMA, etc. which can provide strong technical support for new product development and production.

Our company is equipped with perfect quality management system and perfect detection means. There is a high standard physical and chemical laboratory which is equipped with testing equipment more than 200 sets, including advanced digital display universal testing machine, direct reading spectrum, X-ray detector, ultrasonic flaw detector and chemical test equipment. The relational operation personnel are certified so that they can effectively take the raw material, production process and products manufacturing into control.

The company has spacious warehouse, appropriate material protection measures, smooth circulation, clear identification and classification and subarea storage. All of the products are implemented the interior packaging. The packaging process could take regardless of the weather. We also have logistics distribution center with 30 heavy goods vehicles, so that we can timely sent or products to the customer's construction site. We have the ability of emergency supply.
