Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Northwest Rubber Limited Liability Company is a subsidiary of Shaanxi Yanchang petroleum (Group) Co., Ltd., is theonly large scale rubber enterprise in China, which concentrates on natural rubber planting and processing, radial tires, rubber products manufacturing and sales, and R&D. The companys predecessor is Northwest Rubber General Factory, which was founded in 1959, was the comprehensive rubber enterprise with large scale in northwest area of China and the Cradle of the national military rubber products, once supplied scientific achievements and military support products for state major construction projects as Atomic and Hydrogen Bombs and Manmade Satellite, boats and ships at the sea, FBC1 Craft and Shenzhou Spaceship.
Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Northwest Rubber Limited Liability Company consists of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group Rubber Co., ltd., Kaidi Northwest Rubber Company, Northwest Rubber Hose Subcompany. The company has more than 3,500 staff of which 285 has high or intermediate academic title, an area of601 acre. The products shall be divided into 7 series, namely, radial tire, rubber hose, rubber products, rubberized fabric hose, rubber profile, seals and natural rubber. The main products consist of allsteel radial tire, semisteel radial tire, wire hose for industry use, middle/low pressure rubber hose, oil bag for aircraft, oil tank, membrane, seal belt for aircraft cockpit, special rubberized fabric, special rubber plate, flexible container for storage and transportation, polyurethane products, rubber parts, adhesive, rubber compound for military use. The products are with rich specifications and applied into T into automotive, coal, construction machinery, petroleum, iron and steel, chemical engineering, aerospace, military and other industries. The company has established nation network and expanded international markets in North America, European Union, Middle East, Australia and North Africa. SHUANGXI brand is approved as famous trademark of China by SAIC.
The company gets achieved production techniques and testing methods, has hundreds of production and testing equipments. Its Technology Center is approved as Provincial Scientific and Technology Research Center. Shaanxi Rubber Products Engineering Technology Center and Shaanxi Rubber Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Station are set up in the company. The company has importexport operation rights, military hardware production license, and national secondary secrecy qualification. It passed the authentication of ISO9001：2000 and GJB9001A2001. Its Testing Center is approved as Grade A quality inspection agency by Sinopec Association.
