Mr. Chen Wen-bin was born on September 1957, is currently chairman and general manager of the SDF, he is professional in aquatic products, food and agricultural and livestock marketing are very experienced. On 2000, we started a strategic alliance with Yi-wan Industrial Company to develop a variety of food, import/export aquatic products and domestic trade and quite a success.
