Company Description

SAS is a professional heat exchanger parts manufacturing firm. Based on deep hole-related facilities such as BTA and GUN Drill Machine, we produce the major parts of heat exchanger, reactor vessel and boiler such as tube sheet and baffle plate. In particular, we have produced and supplied a total of 36 600MW tube sheets (first in Korea) among the major parts of heat exchangers in a power plant. We have also produced 1,000MW (800T) tube sheet. To process the bore with 10,000mm in diameter, we have developed and used BTA machine as well (the first in deep-hole industry). In addition, we have participated in the next-generation heat exchanger project of IHI (Ishigawajima) as a technology alliance partner and inherited new advanced technology. Now, we are opening a door to export opportunities in heat exchanger parts.
