Sanshin has been involved in the development of our own technologies based on the technologies and experiences in the manufacture of lapping film polishing machines through the partnership with lapping film manufacturers. 5.Fine deburring can be done along with processing of surface roughness.
6.The method can be applied for both dry and wet types. Although the dry type is employed in general, powder dust is seldom generated.
7.The processing environment is clean and compact. In addition, handling can be done speedily. Further, in case the dry type can be used, the method contributes to labor saving in the cleaning process.
8.The super-finish processing requires a certain level of skill, but inexperienced persons can do the work.
9.There is no burden of grinding compensation to deal with wear of grinding stone, and the replacement of lapping film is easy.
