SGNCOs parent company is headquartered in India and is engaged in export Inspection, certifications and consultancy. Trading business interests include Metal Scrap and Iron ore trading. Other company offices are located in London, United Kingdom; Dubai, UAE and Toronto, Canada.

The company intends to focus on iron ore prospecting, exploration and mining projects with the objective of becoming independent iron ore producer. The mission of the company is to establish a highly profitable mining company with sustainable growth for shareholder value.
