Samex is an International Meat and Commodity Export Company, licensed by the Australian Meat and Livestock Corporation (License number 490) to export meat to all countries worldwide.Samex commenced operations in 1978 and has been continuously exporting meat and meat products since its inception. Samex management and staff have in excess of 80 years collective experience in the Australian Meat Industry.Our office contains a full shipping and export documentation department who supervise every shipment for an exacting and swift service.Although predominantly a trading company, Samex also has a large production base in Western Australia, that processes mutton, lamb and goat meat under our own brands of Samex, Down Under and Aussie Select.We can also supply beef, lamb, mutton, goat meats and offal from other fully accredited Ausmeat meat packing establishments in Australia and New Zealand.Samex continuously seeks trading partners with which to build long term trading relationships. We have the resources and expertise to produce product to very specific requirements. The company's speciality is market research at the retail level to tailor the company's production to best suit the market place.Samex is also licensed to export livestock (license number L254) from Australia, and are currently exporting over 400,000 head of livestock per year (including sheep, cattle, goat and deer).Samex China is a fully owned subsidiary which sources offals and meat worldwide with payment guarantees by our head office in Australia
