Over the years, the firm has diversified its business portfolio by entering the agriculture machinery distribution, real estate, and dairy industries. Amongst other achievements, it has grown to become the country's biggest dairy machinery distributor. SaJWare intends to continue diversifying and expanding its operations. They are described in detail below.* SynthetixThe Synthetix division is the latest addition to SaJWare. It represents months of dedicated effort by the company's leaders and managers towards identifying an opportunity that truly caters the growing needs of sectors experiencing growth. The company understands that areas such as fertilizer, sugar, agriculture, and certain textile sectors are growing rapidly and therefore require polypropylene packaging materials of the highest quality, at the most economical prices, and in unprecedented quantities. This division strives to fulfill this unmet demand.* Farm EquipmentThe Farm Equipment division introduces modern, affordable, high quality agricultural equipment that is backed by a prompt, supportive customer service team. Since its inception in 2006, this division has grown to make SaJWare, Pakistan's largest dairy machinery importer with customers in all segments of Pakistan's dairy industry. The division has established a strong reputation for delivering timely, high quality customer support. It is now undergoing expansion with the introduction of new machinery and the addition of domestic dealers for its product line.* AgricultureAgriculture is at the core of SaJWare's business. In fact, our entire business touches agriculture in one form or another. Our leaders as well as many members of our management have gained hands on experience with farming at some point in their careers. As such, it is only a natural occurrence for the company to have an agriculture division that practices modern agriculture techniques and contributes towards improving farming practices in the country. SaJWare owns and operates a dedicated 100 acre agriculture farm that is located in Punjab's district Lodhran. The farm is currently involved in dairy farming as well as traditional rotational farming covering regional crops including cotton, wheat, sun flower, and maize. Agricultural produce from the farm is typically sold to local as well as multinational dairy processors, ginneries, flour mills, oil mills, as well as commodity brokers. The farm also contributes to the region's academia by hosting students from local colleges and universities as well as employees from local and multinational firms during on-farm lectures and demonstrations.* Real EstateSaJWare has been working with real estate in a non-commercial capacity since its founding. The company has been a part of a sizable number of rental, acquisition, and construction transactions involving the entire spectrum of real estate markets in and around the city of Multan. After gaining some experience, the company launched its first commercial development project under the trade name "Gillani Town". SaJWare has worked with clients in the luxury residential rentals market, rural investment market, commercial and industrial procurement market, as well as residential, commercial, and industrial construction markets.* Information TechnologySaJWare is passionate about technology and lays great emphasis on its information technology endeavors. Although the company is not actively pursuing IT opportunities in Pakistan, it is backing a California based software venture as well as continuing work on internal projects that support its manufacturing, agriculture, and farm equipment divisions.
