Roshdy Factory for Machine Industries introduces high quality and competitive products for both the Egyptian and International markets. The factory started operation since 1987.
Roshdy Factory introduces the following high quality products:
1-Tunneling machines for all tunnel diameters.
2-Machines for constructing deep walls and piles.
3-Vibratory hammers used in driving and extraction of pipes, sheet piles, and steel beams.
4-Design the production lines of melting, casting, and forming of Aluminum and copper ingots according to the European Standards.
5-Design, manufacture, and operate the production lines for the following:
A-Aluminum and copper ingots using quasi-continuous casting.
B-Producing copper beams using continuous casting and hot rolling.
6-Design, manufacture, and operate the construction machines necessary for different contracting operations, which have been used in constructing many projects, and all the products have prove their high efficiency.
7-Innovate, design, manufacture, and operate a new technique for constructing tunnels in all soil types. The method depends mainly on the reciprocating conical chipping with continuous soil slurrying of the chipped soils during the machine jacking into the soil. This technique is the subject of the World Patent No. (WO 2005 / 098193AI) , and the International Patent No. PCT / EG 2004 / 000026, published in the International Patent Bulletin dated 21 / 10 / 2005. This technique is also patent pending in the European Patent Office (EPO) .
8-Innovate, design, manufacture, and operate a new technique for constructing deep continuous flexible cutoff walls, in addition to constructing full displacement piles, which is the subject of the World Patent No. (WO 2006 / 027000AI) , and the International Patent No. PCT / EG 2004 / 000033. This technique is also patent pending in the European Patent Office (EPO) .
Large Projects That Used Our Products:
A-Machines for constructing deep walls and piles have been successfully used in constructing the project of Stabilizing the Sides of Al-Salam Canal, owned by the Ministry of Irrigation during the period from 1999 to 2000.
B-The vibratory hammers have been used in driving and extracting of ten thousand tons of sheet piles in the project of widening the Waste Water Treatment Stations in East and West Alexandria.
C-The innovative tunnel boring machine has been successfully used in constructing a tunnel under the Suez Drain, with high quality.
D-The factory has exported the Aluminum ingot blocks to many European countries through the period 1991 up to 1998.
