Sometimes helps clients to connect with Lenders. Recently, our posting of South Pacific Opportunities received many responses. Our client requirement for US$101 Million loan against our Financial Guarantee Bond, was fulfilled. Paying US$1.1 million in finder's fee. This is only the beginning of a huge project in the South Pacific, French Territory, (with French government backing) involving the development of Roads and Highways, Housing Estates, Condominiums, Resort Hotels, a PGA Golf Course, a Marina and Telecommunications Infrastructure, running into Billions of dollars and decade plus of time.
