REPKON offers complete turnkey solutions for the LPG Cylinder Production (and Maintenance) Facilities to manufacture (or to perform overhaul maintenance of) the domestic, industrial and camping type LPG cylinders complying with the relevant standards such as BS5045, TS55. The LPG cylinder production facilities are designed in accordance with the required production rates from 80 cylinders per hour up to 250 cylinders per hour. The production facility is composed of ;Body Forming Line, Foot Ring and Valve Guard Ring Forming Line, Welding and Heat Treatment Line, Testing and Painting Line. The most important machines of the production lines (Hydraulic Blanking Presses, Hydraulic Deep Drawing Presses, Body Halves Trimming & Joggling Machines, Foot Ring and Valve Guard Ring Forming Presses, Welding Automats, Hydrostatic Testing Machines) are designed and manufactured by REPKON.The integration of the line equipment and the lines with the proper level of automation is fully engineered by REPKON to fulfill the required production rates and the product quality.
