Company Description

We have the possibility to process a wide range of materials: plastic, MDF, Particleboard, metal wire, metal sheet and Cardboard. We can do manufacturing processes like: thermoforming, CNC Laser and Router cutting, die-cutting, high quality large and small format printing for outdoor and indoor, Chipboard processing, 3D wire bending and high quality metalworking.

PRINT
Large and small format, indoor and outdoor, print to plate or to roll.

CNC CUTTING
Routers with cutting tables of 4x2 m and 3x2 m, used in the production process for cutting: Particleboard, MDF, Acrylic, PVC and other plastic materials, but also for metal and plastic-metal composites.

LASER CUTTING
With cutting tables of up to 1.3x0.9 meters, used especially in the production process for acrylic plates, but also for ABS or wood.

WIRE BENDING
3D CNC wire bending machine (BM30 Wafios) used in metalworking industry, processes 2mm to 6mm diameter wire

THERMOFORMING
Thermoforming size up to 900x900mm wide and 250mm high, able to use any thermoplastic material like: HIPS, Veralite, Compact Policarbonate, with thickness up to 6mm.

SIGNAGE
We manufacture all types of signage: illuminated signs, channel letters, totems, interior signage
