Methodology & OperationWe will accommodate to billboard plans according to our clients�? needs. These companies can either design the billboard advertisement themselves or we will design and create the final billboard product for their viewing and approval. We will provide all services related to our billboards including design, fitting, fixing and maintenance.We will have an up and running company website where potential tenant organisations can contact us through our website contact details and also view a sample of our billboard designs as well as sizes we have to offer, as per their needs. We must always be informed if our client wishes to change any circumstances pertaining to the billboard, such as if they want to change the print, dimensions, hanging sites or position etc. We will take on any challenge for the provision of billboard so long as it comes under one of the three main categories:* Metro billboard; or* Highway billboard; or* Country/regional/rural billboard.We will obtain all the legal documentation and authorisation (inclusive of trade license, VAT registration, tax payment receipt, TIN certificate) needed in order to display a billboard at a particular site. Number of different sizes (in feet) will be available for rent to our billboard clients including: 60x20, 40x20, 40x15, 30x15, 20x10.One month after the billboard has been displayed, our professional technical team will visit the site where the billboard has been displayed to ensure that the fitting is safe and secure with no damage to the billboard. We will have emergency service repair facilities in place should there be any damage to the billboard which has been caused unexpectedly. We stand by our ongoing promise of maintaining quality and also to provide after care services as necessary.
