JYX Rubber & Plastic Industry Co., Ltd is a joint-stock enterprise integrating development, production and trade. Our factory is located in Linyi and endowed with ideal geographic conditions and convenient traffic. Due to the requirements of development, we established a branch office in Qingdao, which has independent management and import-export license.
Our factory covers a floor area of 30,000 square meters and a building area of 20,000 square meters. From the mould design and formulation development to the product's production inspection and packing, we have a vigorous production and development team. We are capable of independently designing and manufacturing moulds according to the drawings or samples and technical requirements supplied by customers. In addition, JYX, by designing formulation in the light of material physical property, develops new products in accordance with customers' requirements accurately and quickly .
Our factory owns various kinds of professional equipment like compression molding machine, vacuum compression molding machine, injection molding machine for rubber and plastic, printing equipment, extrusion machine of different sizes and models as well as punch presses. Our products mainly include rubber stopper and cap, bumper, grommet, oil seal, gasket, tube, sealing element, silicone keyboard, as well as various profile extrusion plastic parts. The rubber materials mainly cover Silicone, EPDM, NBR, CR, SBR, VITON, HNBR, SNBR, PU and the like. Plastic materials comprise nylon, makrolan, daicel, high-low pressure polyethylene, ABS, PVC and thermoplastic elastomers TPE, TPV and TPR. Our products are available in different dimensions and colors according to customers' drawings and samples. JYX serves a variety fields and our products are widely used in Industrial Equipment, Transportation, Automotives, LED lighting, Electrical and Electronics, HAVC, Medical Industry, Home Appliance and so on.
