In order to meet the massive demand for energy all over the world, all the oil and gas companies are speeding up their exploration and production activities. To support their campaign, PVD Tubulars Management has been established to provide the whole package of OCTG supply service (Total Tubular Management TTM) which is a solution that brings substantial gains by delivering pipes and services with the greatest efficiency instead of separate purchase and service contracts in order to ensure a timely delivery at good quality and cost saving basis to overcome the shortcomings of current self-manage model.
The JV has a chartered capital of USD 3.5 million in which PV Drilling owns 51% and Marubeni Itochu Tubulars Asia Pte Ltd (MITA) 49%.
PVD Tubulars Management undertakes the following activities:
1. Provision of Total Tubular Management service inclusive of OCTG supply and other related services for OCTG products such as threading, repair, maintenance, inspection, and logistics services.
2. Importation/exportation, distribution and trading of OCTG products.
