We PSR Investment Co., Ltd. hereby confirm that we are the authorized seller and exporter of "Cambodia Sea Sand" for the reclamation project purposes in Singapore or other location, with the basic term and condition as follow:1/ Commodity: Cambodia Sea Sand for reclamation purpose.2/ Source & Origine: Sihanouk Ville (Kampong Soam), Koh Kong, etc....Cambodia.3/ Specification: As per laboratories result, JTC reclamation project requirement ( to test by laboratory Vietnam Vina Control or Singapore SGS).4/ Quantity: 100,000 Metric Tones to 300,000 Metric Tones per month.5/ Trade Measurement: Base strictly per Metric Tone only.6/ Port of Loading: Sihanouk Ville, Koh Kong, etc.....Cambodia.7/ Loading Rate: 8,000 Mt to 12,000 in 48 hours and increases according to the requirement of volume to export.8/ Trade Term: FOB, Free On Board at loading sites.9/ Shipment Method: Barge/Vessel/Bulk Carrier, capacity upload from 8,000Mt to 30,000Mt.10/ Packing: Sand in bulk.11/ FOB: USD05.50/Mt (Five United States Dollar and Fifty cent per Metric Ton)12/ Inspection Agent: SGS appointed surveyor or other agent acceptable by both side and nominated representative of both side and seller at the loading point,Cambodia.13/ Deposit: Buyer required to open Letter of Credit L/C make deposit in amount of volume in agreement to export.14/ Payment Term: Payment by 100% Telegraphic Trensfer (T/T) the amount of each shipment to the seller before departure.15/ Term of Contract: 12 months.16/ Termination: This quotation valid in 30 days.
