The company represents Olympic Greek Food and Sweets premium series of products.The main focus of our company is to distribute high quality traditional products (PDO) produced in the regions of Greece and Cyprus.P & L Ltd. Offers the following main food products:-Greek Olive oil (Extra Virgin, PDO Extra Virgin)-Greek Olives (Green olives Staffed, and Kalamata PDO olives)-Sun Dried tomatoes and Garlic in olive oil-Cheese (Feta PDO Cheese, Cheese, Graviera and other traditional PDO Greek cheeses)-Vinegar (Balsamic and Apple vinegar)-Honey (thyme honey, honey from flowers & herbs and Honey from coniferous trees) SPECIFICATIONS:The product being supplied shall be fit for human consumption, as per inspection certificate issued by Societè Generale de Surveillance (SGS) or EUR1 & T2L Certificate.PAYMENT TERMS:Irrevocable - Transferable L/C Confirmed by any A class European bank.Any deal will only start when the pottential customer provide the following documents:* ICPO* BCL or Bank Statement for amount of first month* NCNDAThe procedure followed concerning Orders is the following:1. Buyer sends LOI.2. Seller issues SC Offer.3. Buyer sends ICPO + BCL + NCNDA4. Seller send draft contract.5. Buyer issues signed & stamp contract.6. Seller return signed & seal contract with proforma invoice.7. Buyers bank will issue a draft swift of the letter of credit and the seller to the bank of the buyer.8. Buyers bank issues non-operative documentary letter of credit in favor of seller, through seller's bank and the Sellerâs presents EUR1 or/and T2L certification.9. Buyers bank issues non-operative documentary letter of credit in favor of seller, through seller's bank and the Sellerâs bank issues through Buyerâs bank POP documents.10. Seller and buyer exchange 02 hard copies simultaneously- by courier and copies are duly signed & sealed. The final draft contract will be considered as hard copies until the original have been exchanged and will not delay the buyer in issuing the documentary letter of credit.11. After the operative letter of credit has been issued, the shipment will be effected within 15-25 days.Samples can be provided only when transfer of money concerning Courier service deposited to our official company account.
