Company Description

We are vertically integrated company. We are in the field of manufacturing fabrics. We are having 20 Picanol Rapier imported looms. We are manufacturing speciality textiles and are supplying to our sister concerns M / S. Prreeti Textile Miills which is an export oriented unit. Though we are not directly exporting, our products are being exported through M / S. Prreeti Textile Miills. The Proprietor Mr. T. A. Rajah, also a Partner of M / S. Prreeti Textile Miills, is well-versed in the export field and products.
Deviating from the traditional items like grey fabrics, our group concerns M / S. Prreeti Textile Miills is more concentrating on major textile made-UPS I. E. Bedlinen for American and European markets. Recently due to incompetitiveness of textile industry in developed countries and closure of many textile giants like M / S. PILLOWTEX in USA, it has opened up a huge market for our products especially bedlinen. The Americans are spending lavishly on bedlinens and the sheet sets, duvet sets etc. And these are considered as gift items.
As our group concern, M / S. Primus Fabrics (India) Pvt. Ltd. Is already an Export Oriented Unit with 12 Rapier wider width imported weaving machines and are well established in the field of bedlinen manufacture. We are also augmenting our weaving facilities in the field of bedlinen manufacture especially because we can get DEPB (DutyEntitlement Pass Book) @ 11% on F. O. B and import duty is only 9. 2% . Our benefits are many-folds greater than the import duty.
Our group is already marketing bedlinen for last 5 years and hence we are quite confident of marketing our products with stability and with good profitability.
Though we can produce and market higher thread count sheet sets like 600TC, 800TC and 1000TC for which recently there is huge demand, we have worked out our sales and profitability projections based on 400TC only. Hence our sales and profitability based on higher thread counts, will be much more than the projections.
