Manufacturing:
Modern Building Techniques demand a flexible approach to manufacturing. That is where PRIME AC? combination of experience, innovation and fully computerized plant comes to the fore.  Much of the pre-production of Ducts is computer aided and automated right from drafting to assembly.  Complex size ducts and fittings of all shapes are cut by computer aided machines and readied for fabrication.  This increases efficiency and accuracy, vastly reduces production time, thereby giving customer excellent delivery times.  With organized workforce and fully automatic duct forming machinery, PRIMEAC can handle medium to large project ductworks with relative ease.

Quality and Distribution:
Quality at PRIMEAC is an obsession, and all the products are checked thoroughly at all stages of production, thereby ensuring a good quality product leaving the factory.  Maximum utilization of machines, for all operations of fabrication, ensures consistent top quality production at PRIMEAC. Goods having been labeled / marked are then dispatched to project sites in UAE and other GCC countries where PRIMEAC does not have its own production facility.
