Precision Technoplast Pvt. Ltd is a leading plastic injection mould maker and manufacturer. We have exported moulds to more than 16 countries. The Director of our company has been in the business for over 30 years. Our expertise in mould making has been widely recognized by the industry and the quality standards are by far the best in the industry. We have a inhouse CNC machining center and an extensive tool room for high precision machining. We make advance custom moulds and have served the textile, defense, aerospace and electronic industry with its high precision injection moulds and products.

Design and Development: We offer end to end full-service engineering consultation and support from product design to manufacturing. Using the most advance technologies available, we are able to provide the best design for the most complicated moulds. Our high quality standards have been recognized by the industry. We also assist with material selection and prototyping, minimizing product development time and maximizing speed to market. Our highly skilled engineering staff is equipped with the best softwares and knowledge base to take your concept from design to product development. Mould making: We can make moulds ranging from 15 tonnes to 1500 tonnes. We have a in-house CNC machining center to facilitate high precision machining requirements. We specialize in making

Tool Room and CNC Machining: Our facility has a very advance and high tech machining center. We do offer machining services for high precision machining requirement. Our highly skilled operators are capable of machining precision parts. With in-house CNC machining centers, EDM spark erosion, EDM wire-cut, EDM drill, Surface grinding, Cylindrical grinding, radial drill, 3 axis tilting milling machines, other conventional machines, heat treating, polishing and chemical etching, we have full control of the moldmaking process.
Production and Manufacturing: We have 8-10 advanced injection moulding machines. Our injection moulded products rank among the top quality products in plastic processing. The international standards of DIN, ASTM are followed strictly to give high quality finished products. We are capable of manufacturing products from a variety of different plastics having a variety of different hardness and applications.
We are capable of using any high tech performance engineering plastic polymers that may be filled, unfilled or blended for various industrial applications as required.
For high precision small components, our manufacturing / production facility uses Arburg machines for high quality and precision. The production capacity of our machines ranges from 15 tonnes to 400 tonnes of clamping force.
