we are one of the biggest and appreciated producer of Flour in Italy.We are specialized on PIZZA flour and these flours are now well-known in many foreign countries: USA, UK, JAPAN, SAUDI ARABIA, CANADA, DENMARK, IRELAND, KOREA and other nations.We got VPN ( Verace Pizza Napoletana ) certification ( see attachment and their website ***** ).Recently we started to produce Gluten Free flour for BREAD â PIZZA â FOCACCIA, soon will sell also Gluten Free for PASTA and PASTRIES.PIZZA FLOURSMainly we have 3 kinds of Pizza Flours, studied to give a perfect product for pizzamaker which hasnât the necessity to mix more kinds of flours as required by others Pizza flours to obtain a good pizza. He needs only one of our Pizza flours to do an excellent Pizza.We produce ( see the attached â Brochure Pizza Flour â):1.CLASSICA flour = to do the famous Napoletan Pizza ( soft ), it is the 90% of the pizza flour market2.VIVACE flour = to do a thin and crispy pizza3.SUPER flour = to do the FocacciaCLASSICA flours is available in 1kg bag, 5kg bag and 25kg bag.VIVACE and SUPER are, currently, available in 25kg and 5kg bags.It is important to know that Competitors donât guarantee the same quality for all the year, we have studied it taking samples several times during the years and in some Countries.POLSELLI instead guarantees the same high quality for all the year.It is important to know that POLSELLI Pizza flours have 12 months of shelf life, our competitors have only 6-9 months.
