Company Description

Poli Pack Co. is an affiliate of Mihan Group of companies. The group has over 6.000 employees and annual turnover is over $1.100.000.000 / annum. Poli Pack Co. was established in 2006 in order to assist the mother company; Mihan, who is the biggest producer of dairy goods, not just in Iran but within the region, with a capacity of over 700 tons milk produced every day.   Initially started as Flexible Packaging producer for Mihan, Poli Pack Co. grew to be one of the biggest, well known and respected converters in the country.  Within its production, it has; - 2 x Rotogravure Printers ( up to 9 colors ) - 2 x Flexo Printers ( up to 10 colors with HD printing capability ) - 3 x Laminators ( Solvent based and Solvent Free – We are able to laminate upto 4 layers ) - 3 x Slitters / Rewinders   Within our Laboratory, we are able to do the following tests; -Solvent retention - Heat seal strength - Tensile strength - Barcode readability - Coefficient of Friction (C.O.F) - Density Poli Pack has its own Graphics department and Studio where we study the incoming designs or, depending on the request develop a brand new design. Together with the Flexible Packaging department, we are also capable of producing the below listed products in our Sister companies: Alu Pack & Plymer Faravar;   - Thermoforming OPP trays - IML injection - ALU top Lids ( 35 & 38my with Flexo Printing and Embossing ) - Cone Wrappers - Paper Based "Calypso" cones   Within our investments within 2014, we shall also be starting Offset Printing and Wax / Hot Melt applications. Another Rotogravure printer is also planned to be invested in 2015. Another important investment of Poli Pack is to Receive BRC accreditation before end 2014.
