PJSC Betonmash Machinery Plant (until 1991 - Stroymash plant) is the leading manufacturer of concrete-transporting and concrete-mixing equipment in the CIS countries for over 70 years.Our enterprise designs and mass produced:- concrete-mixing plants with performance from 20 to 150 m³/hr;- different types of mixers: forced: rotary, planetary, two-shaft - with the ready batch volume from 150 to 3000 liters; gravity â ready batch volume from 50 to 4500 liters;- cement storages with capacity from 32 to 130 tons equipped with cement unloading and pumping units;- units for dry mixes production.Betonmash carries out reconstruction and modernization of tower-type concrete-mixing plants with weight-batching and mixing equipment replacement.Along with construction equipment our plant manufactures spare parts for machines used in metallurgy: melting, casting, rolling and pressing equipment, crushing, grinding and mechanical equipment for sinter plants, chemical-recovery equipment, machinery for underground and strip mining, transporting machines and equipment.The range of products produced exceeds 2000 items. At the same time we are interested in expanding the range and constantly develop new products that our customers demand.QUALITY CONTROLQuality control is done by QC department. It covers the entire production cycle, starting with incoming inspection of raw materials.Dedicated areas of the factory central metrological laboratory are equipped with modern equipment, allowing to do fast and highly-precise analysis of the chemical composition of steels and alloys, non-metallic materials, as well as to control the macro-and microstructure, mechanical properties, to perform non-destructive testing of latent defects of details or welds.All PJSC Betonmash products have a quality system ISO-9001-2001 certificate and are highly competitive with the products of leading specialized Ukrainian and foreign manufacturers.
