Picture Factory is a brain child of Audio/Video production company called Neelam Recordings Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi, established in 1990 specializing in production of high quality audio and video under the banner name "Neelam Cassettes". Apart from producing/distributing films, albums etc we have a dedicated team for Sound recording, Corporate films, Documentaries, Training videos, trailor made programs, CD/DVD Replication etc.
Over the years our professionals have worked closely and have been able to serve our reputed clients from both private and public sectors.Their hard work and co-operation has further helped us to deliver our services on time.

We have our offices in Delhi, Mumbai and Pune.

Our mission has been to match and better the industry standards with respect to quality. Thus our well-built two sound recording studio are well equipped with all the latest equipment.
Under the guidance of our mentor Sh Krishna Kumar Choudhary and Sh Rituraj Khanna, we have grown leaps and bounds in the industry. Owing to their immense experience of more than two decades, there guidance has taken our organization to the highest level of excellence.
Apart from Creative field we also have a well managed team to look after Celebrity management services. We have tie-ups with various event management companies & wedding planners all over India and abroad providing clients the entertainers for corporate events, advertising events, fashion shows, private parties and weddings etc.
