I work with 2 sellers that have access to refineries in Houston and in Russia. I have one seller that deals exclusively with BLCO out of Nigeria. Seller 1: He can provide 2 million barrels per month of aviation fuel colonial grade FOB Rotterdam at 10% below NWE Platt. He can provide diesel (D2) at 5 to 10% under NWE Platt. That is an example of his products and pricing. If the procedures are acceptable, I will get you pricing on the other products you need. He requires a corporate profile to begin. Upon verification of the corporation, he will want to see the language that buyer uses in his LC. The buyer can provide a blank LC with the language or it can simply be written on paper. Upon confirming the corporation and the language the buyer's bank uses for the LC, he will provide partial pop. Once the buyer verifies the pop, he will sign a contract and post an instrument. The seller will then provide full pop for the buyer to verify and pay for the product. We begin with 2 million barrels per month and can increase that upon successful deliveries. Seller 2: The second seller requires a corporate profile and a signed non disclosure agreement because he takes the buyer directly into the refinery and the buyer buys directly from the refinery. Buyer will pay refinery prices plus commission. Seller 3: The BLCO seller requires a letter on corporate letterhead introducing the company and its CEO to the seller with an attached Corporate Profile. Upon verification of the company, the seller will send a contract with partial pop which the buyer will verify, then sign and return. Upon receipt of the signed contract, the seller will load the vessel and provide full pop with authorization for boarding and dip test. The buyer will board and dip, then is expected to pay for the product. The contract will provide 2 million barrels per month of BLCO. BLCO is Brent minus $6. net.CIF Rotterdam.We conduct deep probe on all submissions.
