PHOCO stands for photonics and communication. Now we are living in the whole digital networking world and we are already used to have very fast data networking using optical communications. Make preparation in advance, we PHOCO provides and develops very accurate and almost perfect optical devices based on lots of experience in Optical Communication fields. We are going to be a leader of global network and make you customers to be satisfied with our steady development and research. Later, we are thinking that Optical Communication devices will be developed to PLC technology using semi-conductor process, such as FDH, CVD, RIE or Photolitho- graphy for mass-production, low-price and integration. That's why we are developing and producing 1X8, 1X16 Optical splitter PLC type of optical device and component packaging by laser macro machining technique. Additionally, we produce 3dB standard coupler, WDM, WIC and WFC, which are Optical fiber couplers, and TEC, Lensed, TEC lensed and TEC lensed ribbon fibers. We PHOCO have not only Optical fiber technology but also ultra pulse-order machining tech using laser. Generally, others get just 10~30um accuracy using Nd: YAG or Excimer Laser but we use Ti: Sapphire which can have less than 1um accuracy. Its applications are micro drilling, Biochip pattern, Fiber cutting.
