Since the beginning of 2008, the company is a part of the Kolonna Group. In addition to SANS SOUCIS, the brand portfolio of the company includes the renowned salon brand BIODROGA SYSTEMS, the luxury brand FUTURESSE, as well as BOGNER PARFUMS and the BASICS fragrance line.
