Penkon Gida San. A.S. was established in 1998 by a partnership of Jahncke Fruchtsafte und Konz. Kg Sunshine Fruit Verwaltung Gmbh and Gencoglu Holding - Bursa in Civril, Denizli with a surface area of 100.000 m2 . Investment cost is approximately 11.000.000 ⬠and paid in capital is 800.000 YTL. Being close to the raw material and to the port of export is one of the important reason for the selection of the location. This region can be defined as Fruit Growing Area.Factory has approximately 80.000 tons of annual fruit processing capacity in a 16.000 m2 covered area. The machinery and the equipment were chosen with the most up-to-date new technology at the time of establishment and this principle is applied for the additional investments as well. The value of the additional investments is approximately 8.000.000 ⬠since the establishment time. After the installation of clear juice concentrate line in 1998, aseptic puree production had been started. The world-wide known machineries such as Bucher, Flottweg, Wiegand, Unipektin, Rossi Catelli, Fbr-Elpo, Westfalia are installed to built one of the most modern plants in Turkey.With 60 dynamic customer-focused employees , all the recent developments are followed-up and applied immediately. For this reason, the Company cooperates with the leading companies both in domestic and international markets as well.Quality System studies since 2000 have been completed and the Company was certified with ISO 9001:2000 & HACCP (DANAK).Consequently, 75.000 tonnes of raw material were processed and 25 mio ⬠turnover was obtained in 2007.
