OPCO is comprised of three factories: a Busan-based factory, which manufactures machinery for ship, and two Jinhae-based factories that produce superstructures such as funnel, engine casing, deck house and engine room block.The Busan factory has technical cooperation with Sekigahara Seisakuso Co., Ltd.(crane for ship) and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Co., Ltd.(deck machinery for ship) in Japan and moved to NOKSAN industrial complex in 2001. The factory endeavors to supply more price and quality competitive products to customers.Jinhae's first factory Completed in 1992 has had excellent location since pre-construction with its capacity of pier to transport superstructures and the area's warm climate, and in 1996 a single unit, 130m in length, 43m in width and 48m in height, super size special factory for deck house was built, equipped with a100 ton and 15 ton overhead cranes, which has capabilities to turnover block and load deck house of 7 levels.In addition, all steel plates-cutting processes are done with plasma auto cutting machines, and for the next process of transporting, we have imported a transporter equipment to overcome the characteristics of superstructures and were able to set up a line production system.With such production facilities and 10 years of vast experience, our entire company continues to strive to achieve our goal of building a customer-first and specialized in superstructure manufacturing factory.
