OF ORIENTAL ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED are pleased to introduce ourselves as ISO 9001:2008 certified company and registered as U Stamp, U2 Stamp, and R Stamp holder by American Society of Mechanical Engineers.We have large manufacturing unit equipped with all the required facilities to manufacture high quality Process Equipment. The Company profile enclosed, gives details of our unit.We have highly trained and well experienced team of engineers and workmen to carry out work as per ASME section VIII Div. II & II, TEMA and DIN standards etc. Our Q.A. department is equipped with experienced engineers & all necessary testing facilities. Third party inspection agencies like Lloyds Register, BVQI, TCE, Jacobes H & G, etc. are regularly visiting our company.Design and planning is done by us with computer aided system which is accepted/appreciated by our customers. We are using upgraded Information technology & advance software like P.V. Elite to design pressure vessels & heat exchangers as per ASME code. We are also using Primavera software to plan our activities for the orders to meet delivery schedule requirement. We have other codes like API etc. available with us. We have started our manufacturing activities since October 1998 and since then sold and commissioned more than 350 Nos. of Vertical Basket Centrifuges and 200 Nos. Pusher Centrifuges including one no. 3 stage pusher centrifuge specially developed for one of our customers. (Solid to Liquid separation)                                                                                           Apart from centrifuges, we have fabricated & supplied several process equipments like, reaction vessels, storage tanks, Heat Exchangers, columns, digesters etc. for chemical, petrochemical fertilizers & other process industries. We are enclosing herewith file containing detail of some of the typical order received by us.We have handled Turn Key projects in India. For example, project on Turn Key basis at Government Opium and Alkaloid Works, Neemuch (M.P.), Sail Bhilai, T.B.R.L (DRDO unit) for their PBX plant etc. are successfully completed to our customers full satisfaction.Our manufacturing plant are also approved by agencies and companies like EIL, PDIL, TDC, SAIL,GSFC,GACL, MECON, UDHE, LINDE, IBR Gujarat, CCOE, AIR LIQUIDE etc.We are attaching list of our valued customers.
