Oriental Happy Enterprise Co., Ltd (abbr. OHE) established in 1974 and offers various copper-alloy wires and non-ferrous metal materials. At the beginning of time, OHE mainly produced brass wires and bars. The capacity was only 20 tons/month.
OHE applies the most advanced equipment and technologies, such as cold rolling mill machines, frequency induction melting furnace, annealing furnace from Germany, U.S.A, U.K., and Austria. Also, we use the most precise testing and inspecting equipment from Japan and Switzerland, such as spectrometers, universal testing machine, metallographic microscope, and hardness tester, etc. We have kept improving our R&D field. Every year, OHE invites foreign technicians to station at the factory to assist to improve skills and provide the updated technical knowledge and information. OHE also cooperates with National Cheng Kong University, Metal Industries Development Centre and Metals Processing Research Laboratory. Besides, OHE sets up a laboratory in Southern Taiwan Science Park. Until now, OHE has successfully developed and offered over 20 copper-alloy items-Phosphor Copper Anode (Nugget, Ball, Plate), Oxygen-free/High Purity Copper Anode (Nugget, Ball), Nickel Silver Wire, Silicon Bronze Wire, Phosphor Bronze Wire, Aluminum Bronze Wire, Brass (70/30 above) Wire, Brass Anode (Ball, Plate), Copper Busbar, Copper Oxide, Copper Sulfate (Electronic an Regent Grade), Conductive-Lube Copper Paste, Anti-Seize Paste, and Cuprous Oxide, and Micro/Sub-Micron Copper Powder, etc. OHE is also able to offer customized product based on customers various requests. For certain of products, OHE is even the only one supplier in Taiwan.
OHE products are applied in many industries, such as the industry of Printed Circuit Board(PCB), Electronics, Spectacle, Welding, Fastener, Hardware, Zipper, Electroplating, LED, Solar Energy, Thermal Module, Passive Components and National Defense, etc. OHE products not only offer in local Taiwan market but also sell worldwide. Some OHE products are the appointed materials by customers. Particularly, because of steady and excellent quality, OHE Phosphor Copper Anode Ball has been adopted by many main PCB manufacturers. We have been the main supplier of Copper Anode for many years.
Currently, we have three factories in Taiwan, which are located in Yong-Kang, An-Ping, and Liou-Ying. The capacity is over 100,000tons/year. Besides, in 1997, OHE (HK) was founded, and Suzhou O.H.E Technology Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (China) established up in the year of 2000.And then in 2009, we set up the OHE Taiwan Corporate Headquarter and Singapore OHE. Besides, we are the first company approved by CQC under China Certification & Inspection Group (CCIC) for ISO-9001 (Quality Management System), ISO-14001 (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS-18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).Moreover, we are the first material supplier to receive the Carbon Footprint Verification of Phosphor Copper Anode in 2011.
