All protocols must be observed and followed as it is stated in the seller?s procedure. The buyer?s procedure will not be considered. The seller will only ask for proof of fund to determine if the buyer is capable of paying for his requested crude. We work to bring together international business for partnership in oil exploration for example in the Gulf of Guinea where major oil exploration is being carried on.Buyers must have a Processing Agreement with a Refinery (Mandatory).
