With headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, it now has more diverse operations in industrial and business fields than almost any other similar group in the region.Oasis Metal Manufacturing LLC is one of the largest manufacturer's of gratings in the Middle East and Africa, based in Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.*****We export 40% of our gratings to more than thirty countries including United States, United Kingdom, and across the entire Middle East and North Africa region.We are very experienced exporters and we have key partners in shipping and logistics.Production CapacityWe have three manufacturing lines producing a total of 3600 tons of standard type gratings (6m x 1m panels) per month.Our fabrication capacity for shaped grating panels is 1400 tons per month. We use ESAB profile cutting machines and employ over 100 qualified fabricators and welders to do this work.Engineering Drawing CapacityWe have 14 engineers each capable of detail drawing between 100 and 140 tons of grating per month.We use the latest version of AutoCad and we also have access to Tekla so that we can extract details from Tekla models if required.We only require your I.F.C G.A Drawings to be able to prepare our detail drawings.We have a file transfer protocol server that allows fast transfer of drawings and large files through the internet so that it is easy for us to work together.ExperienceOur major customers include:-Samsung for Abu Dhabi Gas Development Company Ltd (ADGAS) project on EPC Package 4 - Shah Utilities & Off-sites project.Petrofac on Badra Project in Iraq on FOB basis.Saipem for Shah Gas Project in Abu Dhabi on 'delivered to site' basis.
