Plastic screws are widely used in various fields such as semiconductors, automobiles and aviation as it is light weight and has excellent insulating, corrosion, adiabatic and magnetic properties compared to metal screws.

[Plastic spring]
Plastic spring, which is in a way "revolutionary spring", can be used in medical parts, pump material, various impact absorbing material, ornament articles etc.
Weight of plastic spring is approximately 1/5th-1/6th of metal, and it has excellent repulsive force and durability despite of such light weight. Since it also has excellent chemical resistance and can be used under strong acid and strong base environment, it can be used under conditions where metal springs are difficult to use.

[[Producing injection molding dies for special-purpose products]]
We undertake production of special-purpose resin screws (plastic screws) and parts starting from 1 unit. We can consult from the very early stage of material selection according to your application and objective. We since can handle from cutting work to press work and also fabrication, allow us to take care of prototype making as well as mass production.
We undertake orders for manufacturing injection molding dies, prototypes and mass production of special-purpose products. In addition to engineering plastics like PA (Polyamide = Nylon) / POM (Polyester) / PC (Poly carbonate), we can handle super engineering plastics like PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) / PEEK (Polyether ether ketone = PEEK).
We undertake the orders for various special-purpose products of plastics starting from 1 unit. In addition to machining, we also handle welding and joining the plastic using adhesives, as well as bending, engraving and screen printing.
We undertake orders that involve dyeing the products handled by CHEMIS (except some of the products). We offer four standard colors, viz. black, red, blue and yellow. (Please consult us for other colors. We can also provide fluorescent dyeing).
We undertake locking of resin screw (plastic screws). We undertake make processing where lock and seal function is imparted to the screw itself by processing highly reactive and microcapsuled adhesive agent, three lock processing that enables repetitive use by melting and gluing special-purpose nylon resin, nut-hold processing that impart lock function to the nut itself by special processing of locking agent on the screw of the nut. * Make processing, three lock processing and nut-hold processing of resin screw (plastic screw) is jointly handled by CHEMIS and Three Bond Co., Ltd.
