The Group includes two subsidiaries Ningbo Zhongdi Imp. & Exp. Co. Ltd. and ; Ningbo Port Zhongdi Mechanical & Electrical Co. Ltd. In March 1996, Ningbo Zhongdi Imp. & Exp. Co, Ltd was founded with the Approval of National Economic Trade Department. We started with the business of trading products around the world under the "Zhongdi" brand. After 15 years, we are supporting well over hundreds of customers from United States, Europe, and the Middle East at the moment. Most of our customers have been with us for well over a decade, and our close relationships and in-depth understanding of various markets mean that we are can introduce new products to customers and inform our suppliers with ever-changing market needs. We also act as agents to import and export business, undertakes joint ventures, processing raw materials, assembling supplied components and so on. We also have a large fulltime procurement team devoted to ongoing search of products with better quality and more competitive prices. In 2004, Ningbo Port Zhongdi Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd was incorporated with foreign capital in Ningbo Economic Free Zone. With registered capital of RMB 50 millions and factory areas of 20, 000 square meters, we are aiming for sectors with higher intellectual values. In 2006, we have developed and patented Z-Connector (gripple) after years of research & development. Now, we have a whole series of Z-Connectors, Wire Vises, and Wire Link for all types of agricultural uses; and export to the United States, Europe, Africa and Australia. We also have a full team of highly intelligent technical staff to continuously push for products with better quality.
