Ningbo Tianwei Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd., established in 2007, is located in Ningbo, the prosperous coastal city in east China, which boasts China's second largest port-Beilun Port. Our company has convenient transportation, 10km from Beilun Port, 7km from the airport, 9km from the train station and only 2km from the highway.

Our company covers an area of 6,000sqm, and still has more than 10,000sqm room for further expansion. Our company expands with real substantial and strong steps in areas of finance and capacity.

Our company has 90 employees, and 15 of them are senior engineers or engineers. Our company is equipped with 52 advanced facilities, including CNC, NC lathes, NC milling, vertical drilling, boring and grinding machines. Our company also has first-class test equipment, such as CMM, magnetic particle inspection machine and hardness tester.

In addition to these advanced equipment, our company has an advanced quality management system. We passed ISO/TS16949:2009 and ISO9001:2008 quality certifications in 2009.

We have invested in another machining company, Ningbo Eastern Machinery Co., Ltd., which can be our manufacturing base, and the result is that our capacity can be doubled. Our strong manufacturing practice is also reflected in our advanced technology in process and product development. We can produce according to the drawings offered by clients to ensure kinds of products meet different requirements in materials (such as carbon steel, S/S steel, ductile, iron and plastic), specification and process, including various castings, forgings, machining and injection parts.

We cooperate with HUAXIA company for silica sol casting, RONGSHEN company for water glass casting, PINGRONG company for resin sand casting, and NINGBO QIUTIE company for ductile iron casting. We partially invest in these companies, so they will take the precedence of our needs over others.

For raw material purchase, we cooperate with XINYAOHUA, BAOSTEEL and SHANGHAI STEEL, and they all pass PED certification.

All these parts are applied to autos, marine cylinders, mining machines and other engineering machinery, with the market covering North America and Europe. Now our main customers are CARTER (the USA), ATI (the USA), KOMATSU (Japan), SIEMENS (Germany), HYDRAULIC TECH (Denmark) and so on. Besides, we have cooperative relationships with Dover in samples, which have been approved.
