Then within 5 working days we will give response of root cause analysis and solution. If it is within the warranty period when we receive claim, we will then deliver replacement to customer asap if it proves to be a quality issue.What we are also doing for continuous improvement to do an atfersale service: We also have “Claims Summary and Tracking Lists” with continuous refreshing updates. We will share with our customer every quarter and take a review to look back the history and make improvement in the future.
