Ningbo Saivs Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1990. We are specialized in the design, manufacture and technical support of casting, such as die casting, sand casting and investment casting, as well as precision machining. All products are controlled in accordance with the strict requirements of ASTM.DIN, JIS, BS and GB. We work very closely with our customers to design dies that will consistently produce quality parts.

Saivs offers a complete range of services from design and integrated manufacturing operations to strict quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process. We have established a comprehensive quality control system that keeps all products in accordance with ISO9001:2000 standards. SAIVS is located in the famous port city, Ningbo, which lies on the east coast of China. We have a production area of 20,000 square meters, 300 employees. We have inspection tools and equipment for the production, inspection, measure and testing, such as heat-treat furnaces, metallurgic microscopes, magnetic detects, spectrums, impact testers, universal testers, hard testers, and CMMs. With German advanced technology, we use hydraulic elements and seals from German and advance CNC machine equipment, matched with high-quality staff and strict quality management.
