LongKang is the only one in China who can design and produce all the parts of IC water meter such as electric circuit, electric valve, mechanism, and management system etc. Owning 20 patents, LongKang designed and produced the first �water pipe valve driven by lithium battery�, the first �large caliber valve with a battery supplied, electromotor driven controller�, the first large caliber guider valve driven by �low consumption electromotor�. By now, LongKang has been designing and producing 17 series, 108 types of whole-set products and components including IC meter for cold, hot or pure water, remote transmitting water meter, IC card outdoor installing water meter, large caliber water meter, water force controlling valve and inducing hydrant etc. By the year 2002, LongKang Integral IC water meter has passed the evaluation of Ministry of Construction P.R. China, and the result of the evaluation is �the product has reached the advanced domestic level�. In 2004, the product was ranked as �The Technology and Science Promotional Project by the Ministry of Construction in 2004� and �Advanced and Practical Technology for National Small Towns and Product Recommendation�. The paper has been sent as far as every county. In September 2004, the company launched the construction of the 24000 square meter�s workshop, and in December 2005, the construction was finished and put into production in 2006, a great deal of new equipment was brought into workshop. This is the biggest intelligent water meter manufacture in China up till now. Through 9 years practice, LongKang now has a mature quality guarantee system. LongKang has 250 checkup units and various performance experiment equipments. LongKang also developed many kinds of check and test facilities on its own.
