Ningbo Jinhua Plastic Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of specializing in manufacturing& researching various plastic molding machine, food machine and feeding machine. Jinhua have subsidiaries in Guangzhou, Nanjing, Zhoushan, Ningbo and Zhangjiagang and formed seven series products. They are mainly plastic extrusion machine, plastic injection molding machine, rubber extrusion machine, rubber injection molding machine, chemical fiber machine, barrel, screw and gearbox. Our products are sold to all over the country (including HK, Macau and Taiwan) 34 provinces, cities and autonomous region; also to 60 countries and area in Europe, Asia, America, Australia and Africa including the developed countries e.g. Germany, America, Japan, Australia and Canada. Each subsidiary has 32 technical engineers specializing in product research and development, 18 engineers of senior titles.We have complete machining equipment production line, more than 300 sets of domestic& foreign advanced metal processing equipment, including 108 sets of precise, big, scarce, and key equipment, 50 sets of digit control machine. We also import from Japan, Korea and Taiwan full automatic plasma welding machine, bi-metal finishing stove, computer controlled nitriding furnace and multinational even temperature quench furnace. And equipped with distributed control system, focusing on monitoring and managing computer systems which can monitor distributed remote monitoring system of the equipment running in workshop. At the same time, there are Lowe�s sclerometer, E-show portable measuring Vickers sclerometer, nitride layer depth, nitride layer characteristics of measuring instrument advanced testing equipment, to complete testing metallography, hardness, torque, tension, straightness accuracy& roughness.According to the company�s large-scale production, we continuously improve the quality assurance system, and implement standardized management.
