CONNFLY ELECTRONIC CO.,LTD was established in 1998, mainly engaged in the R&D and marketing of connectors in many fields, such as smart meters, LED lighting, computer, consumer electronics, communication equipments and so on. We have been certified to ISO9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO14001 (Environmental Management System). In addition, all the products have been approved by CE, FCC and UL. We produce different kinds of products which meet the requirements of RoHS, including Micro Match, Machine Pin Series, D-SUB Metal Hoods, IC socket, D-SUB, USB, MINI-USB, DVI, Pin & Female Header, PLCC, FPC, DIN41612, Bread Board, IDC socket and Flat Cable. Every year, we send our products to SGS Shanghai Branch for testing regularly. We also have our own independent laboratory with the ability to finish electrical, mechanical and environmental performance test. We have instruments including High and low temperature constant temperature and humidity test instrument, Full automatic computer control drawing force tester, Microhardness tester, CCD image measuring instrument, Tensile strength tester, Temperature rise tester, Aging test chamber, salt spray tester, Insulation resistance tester, Contact resistance tester, Hipot tester, Rockwell hardness tester, Infrared reflow welding machine, RoHS environmental protection tester, Electrical coating thickness X - RAY tester, Vibration tester and so on.
We have 450 staff and 2 workshops, covering an area of 667 square meters and a total construction area of 40,000 square meters, 25,000 square meters of which are production area with 200 different kinds of self-designed automations, 20 dust-free production lines, 30 injection molding machines, 14 precision high-speed punches and one precision die casting machine. Mould processing equipments include 2 wire walking machine imported from Japan 16 grinders imported from Taiwan, 5 electric discharge machines, one precision carving machines, one laser-beam welding machine, 3 milling machines and 6 reciprocating type high speed wire cut electrical discharge machines. Our perfect management system and strong production capacity help to guarantee products' quality and delivery time. Just because of this, CONNFLY is becoming more and more popular in domestic and abroad. In addition, we pay much attention to the input of the development of technology. In 2011, we are dubbed Ningbo Science and Technology Enterprise and Ningbo Export Brand in 2013 and High-Tech Enterprise in 2014!
