Ningbo Beilun Xiaogang Jiabing Metal Products Factory specializing in the production of all kinds of stamping parts, deep drawn parts, welding parts, sheet metal parts, hardware mechanical parts, semi-finished products and finished products ,etc.All products are exported directly by ourselves or through domestic trading company to Europe, North America, Australia and Southeast Asia. We have most of the necessary machines for sheet metalworking process , such as the mechanical press 5T-40T,80T,100T,125T,168T,250T,hydraulic machine 315T, 700T,arc argon welding machines,CO2 protective welding machines ,spot-welding machines and supportive machines lathe, sawing machine,drilling machines ,milling machines. And also have our own mould development, design and production plant. We have been implementing the strictest quality control procedures during the production process to assure the product quality of each shipment of goods. Our company have passed ISO9001:2008 certification.The main materials we use for our products are carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, brass, etc . Most of the surface treatment such as zinc plating ,chrome plating, nickel plating ,polishing , powder coating, aluminum anodized ,stainless steel electropolishing , electrophresis , etc are available.
